A little about the centre …
Founded in 1965 by a lady called Margaret Green, this animal rescue centre prides itself on the level of care it provides to its animal residents.
The visitor centre is based in Church Knowle, covering 35 acres of stunning Dorset countryside. With a wide variety of rescued animals including cats, rabbits, donkeys, goats, horses and pig, Margaret Green Animal Rescue Visitor Centre is a great place to take any animal lovers and makes for a lovely family day out!

Price information and facilities
The centre welcomes visitors and is free entry but donations towards the care of the animals is appreciated!
Facilities include a picnic area, gift shop and tea room.
