Details

Hear the colourful history of Saxon Wareham with a 40 minute river cruise. Travel up stream, under the bridge for the nature and down river to Redclyffe. Learn which famous king was buried here, who built our castle, what a Drowns man was and much more.

Cruises are a maximum of 40 minutes long and generally running once an hour. The trip starts and finishes at Wareham Quay.

Boat trips start at 10.30 or 11.30 with trips hourly. Please note that the River Frome is affected by tides so timings of the trips may change. Please call to check time of first trip. Tickets can also be purchased from our kiosk at Wareham quay on a weekend
