Find your Zen with The Zen Room Dorset in the serene setting of Carey’s Secret Garden! Join them for a truly relaxing and rejuvenating 60 Minute Meditation Class, facilitated by Sophie Faulkner. 

Sophie has been practising Meditation for a number of years as part of her own personal journey managing anxiety,  building self-confidence and feeling happy within. She now teaches Mindfulness and Meditation with the aim to help others who experience similar day to day. 

During this practice you will experience a yogic sleep and enter into a state between waking and sleeping, this is induced by a calming and gentle guided meditation leaving you feeling renewed and revitalised. 

Just a little note:

This class will be outside on the lawn, however, if the weather is not looking good we will be in the workshop space. This class is also suitable for beginners!
