Nothing fancy! Just simple fields, basic facilities in a beautiful place close to a lovely village and a very useful shop on site!

Tom’s Field Campsite has been established in the beautiful Isle of Purbeck for over 60 years. The  campsite is ideally located to explore the Jurassic Coast and there are many excellent walks nearby – without having to use a car at all! Surrounded by fields with old stone walls and a variety of aspects, some sheltered and some giving delightful views to Swanage Bay and the Purbeck hills.

The Campsite is suitable for tents and motorhomes only. There is also the option to stay in the Walker’s Barn and Stone Room (see website for more details).

Location: Just a few minutes walk from the village of Langton Matravers which has a pub serving meals. The town of Swanage is just 3 miles away.

Facilities include: Toilets, showers, washbasins and hairdryer, Covered washing up areas, Baby changing area, Chemical disposal point, Some electric hookups, Mobile phone charging available.

PLUS a very comprehensive shop with grocery, household and camping good and a range of foods suitable for vegetarians. Fairtrade goods available in shop. Hot drinks machine in shop
